Summer Lunch

Today, I was really in the mood for a smoothie. So, at lunch I went through the refrigerator and was so happy when I found some yogurt! Then I was bummed because we didn't have any fresh fruit, just mandarin oranges. It was all good though, because I went to Google (I don't know what I'd do without it!) and found a recipe that was really simple. I decided to use the mandarin oranges because other sites said that they were good in smoothies. I created (I know this is gonna sound gross) a Strawberry Orange smoothie! It was surprisingly yummy! I will say though, it would have been a lot better with some pineapple juice! But of course, pineapple makes everything better! Ha-Ha! Well, after I made my smoothie, I was in the mood for a cute lunch. Since Easy Mac isn't really cute, my only other choice was a sandwich! Surprisingly, that was the best sandwich I've ever made! (It was turkey, cheese, mayo, and mustard on wheat bread- all that was missing was a big, green, leafy piece of lettuce) The bread was SO YUMMY!
Since I made it on wheat bread (and we were out of chips), I went with a healthy side. Fresh cucumbers with red wine vinegar and carrots. It was a delicious lunch! (:

Hello Summer! (:

Hey Hey! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted! I guess I'll start with HELLO SUMMER! I got out of school on May 14th! So, to celebrate, Jazmine, Cate came swimming after school (Blake was there too)...

For my first weekend of Summer, Mother, Father, I, and the Bennetts went to Plains, Georgia. We started off by hiking at Providence Canyon...

Check out my ghetto pants! Haha! We had to walk in mud the entire time and I didn't want my pants to get dirtier than they were!

Then we started to explore the town...

Did I mention that we went to church with Jimmy Carter?...

We got back on Monday. And Tuesday through Wednesday I babysat Blake. Thursday I spent the night at Carli's and Saturday I just chilled at the pool, then me and my mom got our nails done...

Happy Easter (:

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted in forever... Well... Happy Easter! Yesterday was Good Friday so I was out of school. I went to a communion service at our church at noon and then just went home and chilled until Joy got out of school. When she got out, they picked me up and we went to her dad's office. We went to Tutti Frutti (this really cool frozen yogurt place) and we went to Ellie and Wrapsody. After that, we went to Five Guys and then went to Blake's (her brother) soccer game. Sadly, they lost to Pratville, but it was still fun! After the game, we went back to Tutti Frutti and then I went home! Today, I did some chores and then went to see The Last Song with Joy and Molly. It was really good, but kinda sad! I heard it got a lot of bad reviews, but I liked it! Me and my dad died some eggs and then we all watched Sherlock Holmes (I had already seen it, but I love it) so now I'm just chillen on the internet... and I wanted to say... Happy Easter! (:

Spring Break (Part 4)

I woke up today, Saturday, and immediately went to my laptop to finish New Moon! My parents went out on the beach and I just stayed inside... watching my movie of course! Mommy said I was gonna turn into a vampire because I sit in the dark watching vampire movies all day, but hey it's my spring break too! Haha! I got dressed and we went to this really yummy restaurant called The Cantina! After that, we went back to the condo, packed and cleaned, then left... :( But that's okay! I watched New Moon (again) on the ride home! And then we stopped at Dairy Queen... gotta love ice cream! Haha! After that, we were home! And that was the conclusion to my Spring Break! I had a lot of fun! (:
